He began his career as a laboratory technician at the Laboratory of Cellular Neurobiology at UQTR and later as a research assistant at the Laboratory of Industrial Enzymology and Proteomics at UQTR. In 2011, he joined the CNETE team as the first research assistant to become a part of the scientific team. Over his 12 years at CNETE, he has contributed to more than sixty research projects in the fields of molecular biology, bioprocesses, and biomethanization, alongside researcher Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Lemay.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to his research and development work, he has been involved in various quality management committees, procurement management, union leadership, and coordination of college internships over the years. Some of his contributions earned him recognition as an &#8220;intrapreneur of the year&#8221; during the &#8220;special pandemic 2020&#8221; awards at CNETE and the Shawinigan Entrepreneurial Community.<\/p>\n<p>His inclination toward management and proactivity has now led him to take on new challenges by joining the leadership team.
